Around The World In 80 Waves

They are announcing the winners of Billabong’s annual XXL competition on Friday. This picture is of the biggest wave ridden in 2006.

There are a number of categories up for grabs, biggest wave, biggest tube, etc but my personal favourite is the best wipeout. As usual there are a couple of gems this year.
